The Villages Tax-Aide Service started when the Villages was fairly new, more than 20 years ago. With just a few volunteers at the beginning, it grew to what it is today. In 2018 we had 173 trained volunteers and 8 sites and filed over 9660 returns. We were able to help more than 18,000 people for during the filing season for 2017 federal tax returns.
